Rules
We all as anglers hate rules.
We have attempted to keep the rules as simple and as few as possible.
The principle aim is to protect the fish, the enviroment and to ensure that all present have a good experience.
- Maximum of 4 anglers allowed .
- Maximum of 3 rods per angler
- No unattended rods at any time (talking to your friend in the adjacent swim is acceptable)
- Minimum 15 lb line / no braid mainlines
- No lead core or any other types of leader
- Tubing only
- Micro barbed or crushed barb hooks only.
- No barbless hooks
- No fixed leads or rigs
- All fish to be treated with care and returned to the lake ASAP
- All fish to be treated with klinik or similar.
- Sacking of carp is not allowed under any circumstances.
- Landing net is supplied and must be used.
- Unhooking mat is supplied and must be used.
- Weigh slings are supplied and must be used.
- Bait boats are allowed / no rowing boats
- Boilies must be freezer bait only.
- No nuts of any kind .
- Particles to be supplied by lake owner only.(to order)
- No fires or BBQ's to be lit on the ground
- On site toilet must be used
- All rubbish to be bagged .
- No excess alchohol (If we find/ believe someone is drunk they will be asked to stop fishing until we feel they are capable)
- No drugs (If we find anyone found in possesion or under the influence we will call the police)
Managment in the first instance will issue a warning if the person offends again they will be asked to leave and their holiday fee will be lost. (please see terms and conditions)
